IAC Launches a Diversity Matters. Equity Matters. Inclusion Matters.Campaign

IAC launched a Diversity Matters. EQuity Matters. Inclusion Matters, Campaign in May:

• To counter the attacks on DEI, AA, CRT, CSR, ESG, which are growing in a number of states and global regions.
• To provide those on the front lines of defending DEI with counter narratives and positive strategies to illustrate the importance of DEI.
• To provide an alternative narrative by moving beyond the business case to appeal to the emotions and humanity of those on both sides of the political divide.

• To fulfill our vision of being the "voice of DEI Global practitioners."

The campaign will consist of:

• Social Media Posts every week from May through December 2024
• Webinars 
• Advocacy
• Resources
  
• Member/Client Engagement

We have received pro bono PR help with Campaign Strategy and Reframing DEI Strategy

We are asking our members to find examples where DEI is Thriving that appeal to the emotions and humanity of those on both sides of the political divide. Examples include:

"Equity Matters" ...with wheelchair accessibility on the Beaches of Greece

"Equity Matters"... in Gender-Equal Countries where people live longer

"Diversity Matters:"...with Dallas Maverick's Owner standing up for DEI business case

"Equity Matters" ...with Neurodivergent Employees

"Diversity Matters"...with the rapid growth of CDOs

"Inclusion Matters"...for at-risk employees
