Join us for a two-hour session exploring Targeted Universalism, a framework that invites us to think more clearly, more deeply, and more structurally about equity, belonging, and change. This is not a rebranding of DEI. It is an invitation to see the work differently. In a moment when DEI is being challenged, constrained, and in many cases misunderstood, Targeted Universalism offers a way to move beyond polarization and toward a shared vision, one that holds both collective goals and the reality that people experience systems differently. It asks us to start with what we all need and then design strategies that recognize how we each get there. Whether you are new to this framework or have been doing DEI work for years, this session is designed to meet you where you are and to offer a meaningful entry point into a framework that is both data-driven and deeply human. For those newer to the work, it offers a clear and accessible entry point. For experienced practitioners, it creates space to reflect on the assumptions, language, and approaches we have inherited, and to consider what might be possible if we approached the work differently.
