In a moment when DEI is facing heightened scrutiny, legal constraints, and growing skepticism, many organizations are asking the same question: How do we sustain this work without losing its power—or its purpose? The answer is not louder messaging or more standalone initiatives. It’s integration. This webinar explores how embedding DEI across the employee and business  life cycle—creates resilience, relevance, and staying power, even in challenging environments. .

Designed for DEI leaders navigating today’s realities, this session moves beyond theory to focus on practical, systems-level approaches. We’ll examine the four stages of the business life cycle where DEI where it is crucial that DEI is embedded, why fragmented efforts are increasingly vulnerable, and how integration into core people and business practices reduces risk while increasing impact.
