In recent years, the backlash against DEI has revealed a critical truth: many men felt sidelined, believing that the pursuit of fairness and equity in the workplace has sometimes come at their expense. For some, these feelings have fueled frustration, resentment, and a sense of being both overlooked and blamed for systemic issues they did not create alone

Yet this moment also offers an opportunity. If DEI efforts are to succeed, they must truly include everyone, and that means acknowledging missteps, dismantling misconceptions, and charting a more inclusive, sustainable path forward.

Join the Inclusion Allies Coalition for an honest, insightful, and solutions-focused conversation on the role of men in DEI work. After our earlier session of Men at the Crossroads, we received many request to go more deeply into the reasons for disengagement and how we can respond.

This webinar brings together leaders, practitioners, and allies committed to creating workplaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and equipped to contribute to equity and belonging.
