Have you kept up with the significant attacks aimed at dismantling DEI? Like most of us, you have probably read Executive Orders 14151 and 14170. But what about other Executive Orders and departmental actions targeting  "illegal DEI."  Have you read through the July 29th Attorney General's Memorandum on Guidance Regarding Unlawful Discrimination? So much is changing so fast that it is often hard to keep up and get our daily work done.
