Join Inclusion Allies on May 24th
at
4:30pm ET/1:30pm PT/6:30pm ART/9:30pm GM
For a moment in time, there are currently four generations in the workplace. This rare occurrence gives us an unparalleled opportunity to learn from and with each other in terms of the motivations, fears, attractors, and barriers regarding DEI
that impact clients and systems through a generational lens.
Through the lived experience of white male DEI practitioners representing 4 different generations, this webinar will explore their experience working on DEI and what they are learning about their respective generations as well as men from other
generations when it comes to crafting and implementing effective DEI strategies. What sorts of skepticism and resistance do they encounter within their own groups, and how do they intervene to overcome that resistance? What are the
attractors of DEI work for these groups and how do we gain their advocacy and support?
Join us for a lively discussion with 4 white male DEI practitioners, each representing a different generation
