Join Inclusion Allies on April 26th at 4:30pm ET/1:30pm PT/6:30pm ART/9:30pm GM When it comes to defining DEI at work, the generation gap between Boomers/Gen-Xers, and Millennials/GenZ is the subject of great interest. A Deloitte study analyzed the responses of 3,726 individuals from a variety of backgrounds, showed a gap between Boomers and GenXers and the Millennial. Millennials saw Diversity and Inclusion through a completely different lens. The study offered up a snapshot of shifting generational mindsets. Inclusion for Boomers and Gen-Xers is the business environment that integrates individuals of all demographics into one workplace. Unlike their predecessors, Inclusion for Boomers and Gen-Xers is the business environment that integrates individuals of all demographics into one workplace. For millennials, inclusion is the support for a collaborative environment that values open participation from individuals with different ideas and perspectives that has a positive impact on business. Unlike their predecessors, Millennials are refusing to check their identities at the door. And what about GenZs? Do they also have a different lens? Join us on April 26 to hear our Millennial and GenZ panelists discuss how they came into this work, officially or unofficially, whether DEI looks different for them; how they navigate the anti-DEI attacks and the stress in the work and how they see the landscape of DEI changing.
