As the pandemic resets major work trends, we have seen the "Great Resignation." the "Great Reshuffle" and now what Time Magazine has called the "YOLO," or, "You Only Live Once" economy.  Employees, faced with the pandemic era's many reminders that life is fleeting (e.g., wars, climate crisis, new Covid variants, etc.)  are now "soul-searching" and seeking conditions that are more "personally rewarding."  Dozens of surveys conducted by companies and analytics firms over the past year reveal just how strongly workers feel about the new WFH lifestyle. Nearly half of employees insist they will quit their jobs if they can’t have at least a hybrid option. Are you giving them a good reason WHY they should return to the workplace?
